This page summarises how Morrowgrid handles information about you when you visit morrowgrid.com or engage us for an audit or project. It is plain English on purpose. A formal Data Processing Agreement is available on request for engagements that require one.
Website analytics
We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool that does not place identifying cookies and does not share data with advertising networks. We see aggregate traffic and which pages are read. We do not see who you are.
Forms and email
When you submit a form or email us, the information you send is stored in our customer relationship tool and email inbox so we can answer. We do not sell it. We do not enrol you in marketing sequences without asking.
Audit and project data
During an audit or project, you may give us access to systems and documents. We treat them as confidential. We do not use your data to train models. We retain audit artefacts for ninety days after delivery unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@morrowgrid.com and we will respond within five business days.
