Audits and projects
Audits are sold at a fixed price stated on the audit page. They produce a written deliverable. Refund of the audit fee is offered as credit against your first paid project, not as cash.
Intellectual property
Work delivered under a signed engagement belongs to the client on full payment of agreed fees. Morrowgrid retains the right to describe the work in anonymised form unless the engagement says otherwise.
Liability
Morrowgrid's liability under any engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or where it cannot be limited by law.
